You will need at the minimum, a good front differential ring gear and output shaft pinion gear from a 2G AWD. You will need to count the teeth on the front diff ring gear to confirm also; should be 58 teeth, but I will need to check to confirm.
Along with these parts, your transmission builder will need to replace the tapered roller bearings on the output shaft, reshim, and I would reccomend going through it and seeing what damage you have now from running it like this. More than likely your center differential and viscous coupler are trash, but it will need to be dissassembled to find out what damage you now have.

I finnaly found a guy in my area with transmssion work experience and spare parts. He's going to crack it open and check everything before transplanting the required usdsm parts, and as you mentioned above the v.c might be done for well see. Maybe I'll get some better dyno numbers out of my hx40 know that my driveline isn't all fuc%ed up.
