I came up with these:

Above the slave cylinder bolt- Transmission bolt size........????

2G FWD Bolt Size Wizard- ColumbusDSM - 2G Turbo FWD Bolt & Fastener Wizard

The slave bolt is the same in both links, use the 2g link as a guide. All the shaft diameters and pitches will be the same.

You can verify the bolt lentghs by measuring the transmission case and using the same thread protrusion length as the 6mm bolt above the slave. Also do this with the starter bolts by measuring the threaded ears on the starter and the matching holes in the tranny case.

Regarding the T-Case, Do the same by measuring the cases for lengths. There are 5 bolts, they are 12x1.25. Last time I needed these, I ended up going to the dealer.
