you can try a 3 jaw puller be careful not to mushroom the end with your hammer it will make a pia to to put the bolt back on

I have used and Air Hammer (air chisel) to get the axle out of the hub. Something about the vibration gets it out easy!

To help from mushrooming the axle just thread the nut on a little it till you break the axle loose then you can take the nut off and push the axle out of the hub.

You will want to use a straight punch bit in the air hammer. It will have a point at the tip. You need to stick that point right in the center hole of the axle. that way you dont chew up the end of the axle.

Also spray it with some PB Blaster about ten minutes before you try to break it loose

Mine were so bad I had to get puller like this. No amount of soaking and hammering would get it loose.

i tried the air chisel,pb blaster and tourch, i had to bust the rotor off they were stuck so bad ! i may try a 3 claw puller ! i have no dought that the pb blaster would work if it was vertical so it could drain in, that stuff is awsome...
