pressure plate torqued down to 24lb

Hey guys quick question. I just did my clutch an for some reason i thought you torqued the bolts down to around 20-25 lbs. Is it going to damage anything buy having and extra 5-10lb of torque on the bolts/ pressure plate. I have been driving it with no problems but a soft pedal but other than that it has been driving fine.

Some surprise the bolts let you do that without breaking outright. You've stretched and weakened them to a point that they're on the edge of dangerous.
Torque values for almost all fasteners is a function of size. Nothing magic.
