Heavy Vibration Under Engagement?

I have an ACT 2600 and when I left up the clutch pedal (and engage the clutch) the whole car vibrates. It happens when I'm taking off slowly, a lot in city traffic. Its pretty bad, I've been in a friends car w/a 2600 and its not like mine. I have a new master and slave cylinder in case you were wondering. I don't think it's something hydraulic, but who knows. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Erick.

Did you just install the clutch? Or have you had it for awhile, and it just started to do this? My friend just put in a new ACT 2600 pp, with street disk. It does the same thing yours does. The presure plate is probley not engaging correctly. I bet if you pull the clutch you will see one or two hot spots on one side ot the presure plate. So what is happening is when the PP is engaging, it not engaging flush. Causeing a chatter or vibration. If you have had if for a while and it just started to do this it could be springs in the friction disk. They could be broken. Either way you have to pull you clutch out. Did you put the clutch in or did somone else.???
