I need stock/oem after market clutch advise, car will have 400hp and other clutch ?

I dont have the money to get a fidanza flywheel and a act 2600 and buy the throwout bearing, clutch fork, pivot ball and clutch assembly. So i have to improvise.

So its gotta be ethier oem like clutch from a vender on here, autozone, advance, napa, or exedy oem replacement or stage one. so i can get the fidanza flywheel, or...

Get a 2100 or 2600, get stocker resufaced and have no money left and replace throwout bearing, clutch fork, pivot ball, and clutch peddle assembly.

If i do the act clutch, (which i have done in the past and was ok with the 2600) How do i check the peddle assembly for play, throwout bearing, clutch fork, pivot ball to see if it needs to be replaced?

Any other helpful incite on the 2600 clutch install or advice on it thanks for the input.

If your pushing 400hp a OEM or OEM like clutch will NOT work. The ACT 2600 kits come with a throw out bearing and a clutch allignment tool. If your low on money either just resurface the stock flywheel.

Definately upgrade your clutch and just resurface the flywheel. Stock cluthces are the weakest link. Also people say not to use the ACT throwout bearing, buy OEM. I have been using an ACT TOB for over two years with no issues.

Fork and pivot ball are probably fine. No need to touch the peddle assembly either.

I made it about 3k on the last 2600 on the last car.

This one it is going on has never been moded has 130k on it. is a 90 and i just wanna know if i should do the throwout bearing, clutch fork, pivot ball and clutch assembly?

I bought the Ebay XTD stage 2 with street disk. i drove it for the first time today and it fell great so far. I mean 150 bucks with 2 day shipping. You could go with there 6 puck stage 3 and do work. I like it for the price so far. I will post something if i have a problem.
