SBR Clutch Disc w/SPEC stage 3 Pressure Plate

I have a spec stage 3 clutch in my car right now. I am going to get a new clutch disc for it. The one in there now is a 6 puck disc. It is the sprung type. I have tryin to practice launching and I just cant do it with the 6 puck. It just grabs to hard! Would the sbr's replacement clutch disc work ok witht the spec stage 3 pressure plate? Any other suggestions on a replacement clutch disc.

personally id stick with the stage 3 spec.......like anything takes time...
