How to tell a 1g turbo tranny from a non turbo tranny, and how to tell 2g mafs from..

How to tell a 1g turbo tranny from a non turbo tranny? How to tell 2g mafs from other 2 g mafs that look alike?

Cause i am trying to get a front drive tranny but can tell the turbo from non turbo, i can tell years though so that is not a problem.

I got a 2g looking maf from a galant i wanted to know if it was the evo3 maf or a 2g anyway to tell?

The tranny's are f5m22 for non turbo, and f5m33 for turbo. It's right on top of the tranny on the bellhousing on a little block. No clue on maf's though.

Evo/3g maf's have a round outlet and will fit on a 1g style intake. 2g's are oval outlet. The filter adapter bolt pattern is the same on both.
