new axle has no carrier bearing

about to drop my rebuilt motor back in, just bought new axles from autopartswarehouse and the new driver side axle is the same length as both shafts only its one shaft with no carrier bearing. is that normal for aftermarket axles or should I buy a remanufactured axle. 92 talon awd turbo manual. thanx

Sounds like they gave you a FWD axle.

Yes that sound like a fwd axle.

thats a fwd axle, and it wont plug into an awd transmission

Actually it will "plug" into an AWD transmission.

He just wont be able to get the axle cup past the transfercase!
