Problems with my transmission

Today i was driving my car and i made a few runs, i wasn't shifting fast, just once the gear was on i hit the throttle, I was tuning my engine and then like in the 3rd run, my car didnt wanted to get the 3rd gear on, so I pump the clutch a few times and then i could get the gear on., same thing happened on 1st gear, i had to get the car into 2nd gear first so i could get it in my 1st gear. And if i pump the clutch the 1st gear enters like 5 seconds later.

Both clutch pumps are new,
Is it maybe because i need a stainles steel line and the extended slave or my sincros are gone?

What clutch do you have? It souds to me like you blew the springs out of the hub on the clutch disk, i speak from expreience.

Now when i slowly realese the clutch pedal i feel vibrations on the pedal.
