I am considering a exedy 3 puck clutch for my car...any opinions on this clutch?I will be running it with a fidanza flywheel so I need to know if this will work well for a 300 whp daily driver. thanks

I've never been a fan of puck clutches for a daily, they're just to "grabby" IMO for the street, especially at the level you're talking about. I would just stick with a street disk.

my 0.02

I agree, I wouldnt use a puck for a DD, i would stick with a street disk, especially for 300 hp, something like an exedy stage 2 or something, that would be my choice. And if you live in areas with lots of people, just imagine how not fun it will be to sit in bumper to bumper traffic moving 20 ft at a time stop and go with a puck disc clutch, your leg will not be happy with you.

I agree with these guys. I wouldnt say no to the pucked clutch, but definitly no to the exedy. I personally have never been a fan of there products. I have had really good luck (both DD and Higher HP) with the RPS sprung 6 puck MAX. But they are expensive.

My 2 cents!

Either way good luck to you!
