what can this be ??

i have a new flywheel, pressure plate, disc, rebuilt/stage 3 upgraded tranny, but there is a constant grinding while im decelarating. the noise stops when i take it out of gear. just looking for some ideas on what can be causing this

What about the throw out bearing , fulcrum pivot or the fork itself ? New also ?

Who did your tranny rebuild? Sounds like they might have missed some of the bearing pre-loads...
