leaking tanny fluid from a wierd spot...

alright im leaking transmission fluid from this spot in the picture. how do i fix this leak? where do i get this seal from?

I'm showing two part numbers for the seal you are talking about:

MD713758 - oil seal, M/T gearshift
and
MD747660 - RP

According to the diagram there are 3 seals sandwiched there. Go to the dealer and get them to bring up this diagram:

Your talking about the brass part, right?

How would you replace this, do you have to remove transmission?
