so i've been hearing that the gm synchromesh works great. i saw posts for a lot of the 1st gen with this. also some 2ng gen., but they were turbo. i was wondering if anybody has a 420a motor with the synchromesh in the tranny? if so please let me know how well it works.

All of my friends with the 2GNT, 420A use and love GM syncromesh.

I personally prefer BG Syncroshift, but I use GM in a pinch when I've run out of BG. Of course both fluids are probably made at the same factory in the same big pot.
