Clutch not disengaging????? HELP

Me and my dad finished puttin in my transmission and all that,,,,and i broke in the clutch for 350 miles so far, and now when i start up the car and try to put it in 1st theres a grind....and when i start the car with the clutch in and in first gear,,,,the car rolls slowly....any ideas as to why in the hell my car is doing this>

You need to adjust your clutch adjustment rod under the dash.

is it visible without taking anything fof?

you say when yo ustart the car w/ the clutch in but in gear it rolls... do you mean it jumps because its really not out of gear or its in neutral? assuming everything went together ok, it sounds like a simple adjustment. Is the pedal pressure ok, or mushy?

I made some adjustments and that was my prob.......shifting is smooth now, and its at a standstill when the clutch is down and and first gear
