Clutch/Tranny problem, which and diagnosing?

Clutch/Tranny problem, which and diagnosing?

Hey tuners, got a problem and a few questions -

What happened -

Was trying to shift 3nd to 3rd at higher RPM's and popped the clutch to soon so grind grind grind. The car would then not go into any gear. I was on the highway and had to kinda ease it into 4th from there. I pulled off and turned off the car. I could shift into all gears with it off. I started the car and it didn't want to go into any gear. Shut it off, then put it in first and started the car and it lunged. Basically the clutch was stuck engaged. I could then shift from 1st to 3rd to 4th and 5th. At stoplights I had to shut it off (I only drove it like this til I got home). Once I got it home somehow it somewhat fixed itself. The clutch disengages now but I have to shift at very low RPM's and it has to be touching the floor. It was not even fully disengaging at the floor so I have adjusted the bolt all the way out (adjustment bolt) and now it barely fully disengages. I have to shift at like 2-3.5k rpm's for it to shift and it seems to go into gear fine I just can't use 2nd at all, that grinds no matter what.

What I've done -

I manually played with the clutch forks to make sure nothing weird was stuck.
I checked the master/slave cylinders for leakage and saw only a little bit of fluid on the clutch adjustment bolt attached to the pedal. Nothing on the firewall and the slave appears fine.
Adjusted the bolt

Clitch pedal pressure appears fine, it's no easier/harder than before so my question is does it sound like the tranny or clutch? When I do shift it doesn't slip at all (keep in mind it's at low RPM's) and it grabs fine except in first gear it seems like it skips a little and then grabs fine but only taking off in first. I rebuilt the motor myself so pulling the tranny doesn't seem like to much work but if this is a case of a messed up master/slave cylinder (I say this because of the clutch engagement issue) then I'd rather do those and go from there.

What does it sound like to the tranny gurus? 2nd gear might be dead but that wouldn't cause the clutch issues would it? What else would cause the clutch not to engage unless it's fully against the floor even after the adjustment screw has been adjusted as far as possible? I'm not a tranny guy so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks as always tuners!

Could of broke the fork.

Bring a buddy, peel back the fork boot, and have them press the clutch for you, as you take a gander inside.
