would this be a result of the clutch fork being off the pivot or is that even possible? Has anyone tried to pry the fork into the pivot ball without dropping the tranny? I just finished fixing the clutch, and I live in an apt so any ar repair I have to work on it on the street, so I really want to take shortcuts if possible... public streets really hurt to work on,
....
I was thinking of taking off the slave cylinder and getting a prybar on it, not to bend it but it give me enough force to take the tension off the pressure plate so i can get the fork on the pivot... if that is indeed the problem...
only other thing is that my clutch linkage is broken, but after i thought about it I remember before I took the clutch out (3 months ago) that I had inspected the linkage and found no sign of wear..
What is keeping me from gaining proper adjustment of the clutch? its either off the floor, or up top with a dead spot before it hits the floor when the fork hits the bellhousing..
forgot to add that when im talking about the TOB wobbling (its brand new along with the PP, and disk... CFDF) I meaning that I can physically grab the clutch fork with the car in neutral, and it pulsates like the TOB is wobbling... CF did mention that their TOB does run oblong until its broke in, btu its already been a few hundred miles...
