Transplanting a 90 awd tranny & xfer case in a 92 awd, what all needs to change

I heard something about the linkages in the 90 AWD trannys are different than the 92 model year. What all do I need to change so I can put my 90 awd tranny and x-fer case in a 92 awd car. Thanks for the help people.

Shifter plate assembly and the shifter cables all need to go over to the 92 along with the tranny and transfercase.
