Ummm no, For 1 that isnt a act 2100 clutch, it is stock.. And for 2, it is worn down to the rivets already...Dont know who is tryin to sell that to you but they are tryin to hose you!! :notgood:

1 what color is the pressure plate
2 its not beat yet, you should have seen my stock one. It'll be beat when there are no grooves left, that disc looks pretty healthy

3 I dont see why you wouldnt be able to use it, its just surface rust

to me it looks like the pp was yellow like a act, but its all worn off. does it matter that its worn down to the rivets? and would i need a new throw out bearing also? i know that a clutch should last at least 40,000 miles, does this one look like it has only 4-8k miles on it? and do you think it will last over 20,000 more the way it is now?
thanks for your help

Can you not see the brass color of the rivet that is worn down???...the grooves in the disc dont mean anything....clutches that are worn down to nothin still will have grooves in them....i am a mechanic and have changed my share..

yes you can see the bras of the rivets in several places. im guessing thats to worn to use?

My bad, i see the rivets, but there is also a shadow in the 1st and 2nd pit where the rivets go in. Now that i really look at it, it does look pretty beat and i didnt even pay attention to the rubber springs.

Sorry bud, I don't think that this is a good idea. Even if you're trying to save some money, you'll end up saving money if you buy a new "real" ACT clutch. :thumb:

thanks for your help guys. i decided not to get that clutch, ill just wait an dget a new act2100
