I've got a 92 eclipse with a 4g63t swap.. i've replaced my clutch to a ACT extreme package.. i have an act flywheel, i jhust changed the slave cylander.. it still slips.. i took the trans off and took pictures and sent to act, but they told me that it didnt look like it was slipping andthat it looked like a hydralic problem.. i'm using the AWD trans that came with my motor.. My car is fwd, but i was told it will work i'll just hav an extra shaft coming from my trans.. If anyone has any idea why my car won't launch please let me know. I have replaced clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, and slave cylander. my email is [email protected] or just reply here. thanks.

its the viscous coupler that is slipping. You don't have the rear drive train of an AWD hooked up, so the center differential is slipping. If you want to run the AWD Tranny, you will have to get the center differential welded or replace it with an aftermarket unit that is locked. In my opinion... if you can afford it, you should run the FWD turbo transmission. I has better gearing than the AWD tranny.

It could be the Master cylinder. Check under the dash for leaks. Make sure the system is bled of air.

If not that look into the flywheel. It could be surfaced wrong.
