Well, my older brother got his car about a year ago almost and he has only driven it about 2 weeks in that time fram and that was when he first got it. It is an 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD he bought it w/o the driveshaft so while it was drivable he did not have a driveshaft on it. So I don't know exactly the story behind what happend but the gears were wroking perfectly fine there was no grinding of the sychros or anythign like that. So we parked it and gave up on it until now we revived it and want to get it driving. But for some reason it won't move? He said he was doing a burnout since he didnt have the drivshaft on and he said he bottomed out and it smacked the ground hard and he got to drive it for a couple days after that but problems arised his radiator was leaking and the car wouldn't move. When he puts it into gear it wants to move but it don't. Did he break something inside the tranny since he decided to drive w/o the tranny or does that not have anything to do with it? I know it's not the clutch the clutch is fine i know that there was never any slippage or anything. Has this ever happend to anyone else please try to help us.

Thanks, Lance

Oh by the way I was just reading some stuff. Do you think he broke the front or rear differentials in the tranny?

Yea it was pretty dumb thats my brother fr you. So its probably the viscous coupling or the front differential? The car wants to move but it doesn't. Any other responses would be great.
