ok i need help i replaced my master cylc my slave cylc my clutch pedal and bushings have the slave cylc extended rod stainless steel line and the only thing i dont have is a new clutch i have a act 2600 but its like 2-3 years old i put everything on and cant get the pedal to come all the way back up i bleed and bleed the system and no go i dont know what else to do. Do u think i need a new pp or what>>?? iam lost now any suggestions tips tricks anyblody else have this problem?

If you tried the new slave cylinder and master cylinder, And bleed the system correctly.. With still no luck, You might need a new pressure plate. The only way to really tell you be to get in there and look.

The odds of needing a new pressure plate are kinda slim.

Does the car shift correctly aside from the pedal feel?

Did you have your flywheel shaved?

Did you replaced the throwout bearing and clutch fork?

A pressure plate ...even a bad one should have enough force to push up the clutch pedal. Thats the only resistance its seeing. I would double check that everything is bled properly. Do a gravity bleed and replace all fluids.

i have the stock flywheel i replaced the throwout bearing and fork and ball while back not to long ago but no the fw was never touched i bleed the shit out of the system gravity bleed to no when i open the nipple nothing comes out

(Unless you didn't open the reserve cap) - If no fluid is coming out when you open that valve you have hardware problems.

With the reserve cap open and the valve open fluid should be dripping out of the valve. This is how I bleed my clutch....a gravity bleed. Its a one person bleed with no pedal pumping. I use different color brake fluid ATF super blue/gold. I gravity bleed the entire system until the new color comes out then I just close the valve....walla done.

yes the cap to the master cycl is open when i open the bleeder screw on the slave cycl nothing comes out its drives me nuts i even bleed it manualy had some one pump the clutch and open it the it comes out but no gravity bleed or clutch pedal it comes up like 3 inches thats it driving me nuts!!!
