88-89 JDM VR4 tranny in 92 talon

I tried ready and searching as much as possible but i couldn't come up with any data specific for my transmission,
I picked up a JDM "c51ph" tranny and transfer case, and from what i read on this site is compatible with the USDM 4 bolt rear. The c51ph is from a 88-89 JDM VR4, and is what i am wondering is what modifications need to be made in order for it to work in a 92 Talon, from what i understand something about the shift linkages?
If someone could clarify this asap that would be great because the car goes to the garage friday, thanks.

Yes does anyone know?? I too am in need of information pertaining to this c51ph in my 92 eclipse. i hope that someone knows?? Mods ??
