Leaking and I have no clue how to stop it HELP PLEASE

Okay so I got a 99 gsx trans for my 95. I got it through a shop in Ohio and it was supposed to be a really good trans. It has been leaking like crazy and it is driving me nuts! I have no idea how to stop it. It is leaking around the drain plug area. Recently I checked and the two bolts on the trans at the bottom were loose so I pulled them out and loctited them in. Also, I have gotten a new crush washer (kinda loose though) and I teflon taped the hell out of it. I just got done doing all of that and it is still leaking (dripping). I think that I tightened the drain plug a ton and the other bolts too so I have NO clue what else to do. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me and give me an idea of what else to try, I dont want to blow this tranny.

check to make sure it aint the axle seal leaking

it's probably the inner shaft seal. Meaning, the axle that connects from the tranny to the transfer case has two seals. One on the transfer case and the other inside the bell housing. If either is leaking, you will be dripping from where the t-case connects to the tranny.

To replace the inner seal (the one inside the bell housing), you will have to pull the tranny out due to the flywheel being in the way.

Its only dripping on the outside bottom near where the drain is and to the bottom corner of where the fill is.....could it be that the crush washer isn't big enough since it doesnt go all the way into the threads? Too much teflon tape?

Use a bunch of gray gasket sealant around the threads. I mean so it comes out when you tighen it.
Those plugs should not be over tightened.

The grey goo worked for me.
