Rebuilding FWD Differencial

Just had my centerpin in the diff turn and break the hold pin, put a hole in the bellhousing to. Question is........if I swap internals from another diff will I run into any probs? is there any clearance or preloads I need to worry about for the diff internals? I know how to shim the preloads for the tranny case but does this apply to the diff internals, is what im asking? I believe my BM LSD insert may have been the contributing factor for the problem, it looks like one of the spider gears seized on the main diff pin :thumbdown

i just napped the whole ring and pinion in mty talon TWD and figured out i could not mix and match diff parts to find a solution and that really blows you might have to replace the whole diff .if so go to
