i just installd my ACT 2600 lbs clutch, and its grabbing RIGHT at the ground and barely lets it in any gears...

i bought a brand new slave cylinder, and tried bleeding it several times, but its not helping any...

any help would be appreciated

Adjust the rod on the clutch pedal until it is working properly.

i adjusted the clutch throw and now it all works, minus reverse, when attempting to put it in reverse it just grinds and forces u to withdrawl putting it in reverse....

at first reverse was working fine after the clutch throw was adjusted, but after driving it for a little while, it wont now.

i have to turn the car off put it in reverse and turn it back on to get it in there...

Same here! I have the same problem with Reverse, installed the 2600 today too. I was told by a mechanic that adjusting the screw at the pedal will force the clutch too much and damage it. Argh, it's really frustrating to jam it real hard just to get into any gears.
