Curious guys..I was wondering, I've had some issues with my clutch ever since I got it put in, (2600/SS line/New Slave and Master/Bled a few times/Adjusted), and yes it was broken in with more than 500 city miles. Whenever I try launching, the pedal gets soft..and the point of engagement is a VERY thin line, (makes it really hard to launch-dont know if this is normal). After launching the pedal is really soft and is very awkward when trying to shift. I was wondering would using DOT5 brake fluid in the hydraulic system cause any of these problems to occur? If so, when changing back to DOT3/4 how should I flush the system? Thanks all..

p.s. crank play is within spec.

just run the 3/4 through and bleed it a bunch of times and u wouldnt need dot 5 thats more of a high heat so it doesnt boil, no need for a clutch, and the engagement is normal for that 2600s are have a good amount of bite, especially when new that and the ss line makes the slave more responsive if ur a 2g check out stuff on the "phantom pedal" ive seen stuff on it but never read hope this helps
