3.2 TL vs Eclipse GST

Raced one in the highway today from an 70 mph roll, dropped it to third from fifth, pulled like a car and a half , when I shifted to fourth I got a little turbo lag but once i spooled I walked him , put about 4+ cls to about 135 or so..... .We went again from an 80 roll it was close till I spooled in 4th and I smoked him worse than the first race ....He again highbeamed the crap out of me ( I could see it from my rearview mirror) im guessing it meant he knew he got smoked.

I was about to say, the first story I was like wtf?!?! then I read on and was relieved. Oh yeah street racing is stupid! I kno9w I know we all do it but still a 3.2 tl aint worth it.

wooh..im surprised you beat a 3.2tl.....are you stock?
because my gf owns a 95 legend and Im pretty sure that thing will hang with my gst on the highway. im stock.
hehe now it makes me happier knowing i can walk her.....

Dont be suprised ... , The 3.2TL only do the 1/4 in something like 15.1-15.3, I just bought my DSM from a dealer , Off the top of my head all it seems to have is a turbo-back exhaust, I think it probaly has some more mods I dont know about. I walked the TL preety hard and I am preety sure your Spyder will walk that Legend preety good.

ha a rsx is faster and they do low 16s to high 15s stock. In hot weather high 16s, yeah 95 didnt have any different color interiors and they all looked the same from gs to gsx. I have said it in the past the only cars from honda you need to worry about are the nsx(you cant touch with a stock 2g turbo), s2k(with good driver and avereage driver in s2k youll be running side by side), itr if your a bad driver, having car problems, or the itr is a good driver then youll be side by side(drivers race)

my dad has a TL and its pretty quick... i think it runs low 15s. RSX Type S's run low 15s too i know this for sure cuz i saw one run a 15.2 and it was stock (or so he says) theres also the 3.2 CL Type S's which run high 14s i think thats about the same as the ITR.

The 3.2L TL's are fast cars for the class they're in.. Nice kill, especially with a completely stock GS-T.

yeah ive raced a few of them in my bmw, not sure which engine they had, and they were slow
