2nd gear launch

I was just wondering if any fwd's here launch in 2nd gear at the track.

why would you want to? if this is a real issue for you then maybe you need more practice or a dual stage mbc

my first gear is done so fast it's rediculous. I was just looking for someones experience at the track that has tried it

It would probably just burn your clutch up, if first gear is too fast for you there is an easy fix, dont press on the gas so hard

If you have a lot of torque then it may be realistic to launch in 2nd, the 1st gear ration is pretty high for fwds, and I think Sean Glazer ran a best time in his old fwd Mirage launching from 2nd.

aahh I don't know man you need to learn how to shift faster because I don't think you can use first of vr-4 on 97
