Two pics from the race last nite....They are dark but I think they looked cool anyways:)
And the Q is this: What kinda setup is best fpr tracks for a fwd? Hard in front and hard rear? Soft front hard rear?Soft front soft rear?
I hae tokico illuminas 5way adj in both front and rear..what shoudl thy be set at w. coilovers?

It had been raining all nite s the track/road was wet and I spun all three first gears..impossibleto make good times ut I enjoyed it anyways since it was my first time :)
Best time was a 10.456 and 78in trap at the 1/8 so it sucked for times but still..fun to drive :)All cars had traction issues(powered up FWD the mots) ...best car did a 8,5 and he normally does a 7,2-7,4 with his EVO so...

First pic is at checkin where they check the car out...belts and engine and stuf like that. The other two are at teh burnout area before startline....

do they race on the street? with timing system and such? that'd be pretty sweet. block off a back street, setup barriers. and be legal and such.

Well its like this:
We had a track here that we could use for racing events. Its an old airstrip and the ground is perfect for race since its smoth and straight and wide. However the politicians decided that hey will bild houses there so they kicked us out.Now we have the capitol city with 1,5 million ppl here and no track to race on:-( So the streetracing grew tremendously and to prevent that they let us race on the street with police permit and help froboh police and medical department.
We have only the 1/8 so far but the 1/4 is comin up as well I hope.Problem is that with regular streeet its hard to get grip ad hard to make good times:-(
