Mr. Talon

90 talon n/t, just wondering what tire pressures i should be running (25 psi?), and also i should just do this for the front obviously right? thanx

Look for a sticker on the back edge of the driver's door. 25 is too low. And no, the rear tires need air, too. If you don't give them some, they will die a slow, lingering, excruciating death by suffocation. And we know you don't want that. Or, we hope not.

32 psi, is the factory standard I beleave. If youre talking about just daily driving. if youre talking about at the track, every one has different oppinions, i go with 22-25psi in the front and 38-40 psi in the back.

Less air in the front for more traction and more air in the back because of the weight transfer. how much is youre personel opinion in how good youre suspension is how good youre tire's are and what you are comfortable with.

Well I went with 46 PSI for the rear tires (but I'm crazy) and 18-22 in front depending on how sticky the track is. The more you deflate your front tires the less MPH you will get but your 60' will be better, and your ET's also. I usually start with 22 for my first pass, 20 for my second pass, and so on till I get a good launch, sometimes down to 16PSI. Try different pressure because I don't think that every tire will react the same at lower pressure.

woooooooooooooooot u have 205/55/16 tires and u run at 20-25 psi
LOL OMG I run with 205/55/16 brigestone eager that have max presure
44psi and u telling me that I can run 20-25 psi on them LOL they look flat at 30 psi so what about 20 psi u git to be kiding me.I run them at 42psi
front and rear.If u dont presure them enough u ll be slower expecialy at high speed:confused:

Yeah actually i just ran my car this weekend, but i decided to go with 25psi in the front, they dont look low or anything, they are 205-55-16 falcons, if i still remember, there not z rated there the other i forget. i didnt want to lower the pressure anymore since, im barely getting used to my act2600 and Lsd.
