my goal for my car is 13 flat.
stay stock or what turbo should i get???
right now my best is 15.5 with mods listed

mods :
cone filter
boost controller(13 psi)

what mods do you guy suggest??

Since you are FWD, getting to the low 13's should be possible with just a 16g, fmic, 550 injectors and some nice tuning. You might also want to consider a LSD.

don't forget a good 3" exhaust, and a 1g bov. Get an upper ic pipe while you are at it. And a bigger fuel pump too. Oh and a boost guage. But that should do it. And take out your spare and jack. And huge amp and subs if you have em.

If you want 13 flats you will need a bigger turbo than a 16g. Going fast is so much cheaper with a bigger turbo. You can spend thousands making a 16g run fast or just spends a little more on the turbo and fuel and run faster for less.

The agp rs 49 or pte 50 trim are reall nice turbos. The only downside is I dont know how the stock intercooler would handle one.

Either way it is cheaper to buy the bigger turbo and grow into it, than buy a 16g and grow out of it.

I have a 19C Junior frank in my car right now, ported heavily and clipped 15 Degree's. Its great for a streetable/drag turbo. I hit boost at about 4k RPM's , but its got a great top end power for its type of setup. But if u want amazing power, maybe get a nice green turbo? those are pimp. (whatever u get, make sure u port and clip the turbo, you'll have a little more turbo lag, but if u port your o2 and exhaust housing, and use a 3'' downpipe and high flow cat and exhaust, itll get rid of backpressure and you'll spool up like twice as fast than w/out it depending on the turbo...)

But to run 13's aint that hard, just get all the stuff u need for the bigger turbo before u go and stick in the turbo. Cause you'll end up wanting to push it and break stuff....trust me..i know...and yes you will need a S-AFC II :thumb:

Id have to disagree with the "need" of an safcII A regular safc will do fine, hell even a 5knob will do fine for most people, unless you go for monster injectors.
