GS W/Star Performance Stage 2 Times?

Ok so i have a 1997 Eclipse GS (420A) with a Star Performance Turbo Kit:
T3/T4 Turbo
Front Mount Intercooler
Cat Back Exhaust
Stock Cat
8 PSI
Stock Injectors
Stock Suspention
Les Schwab Special Tires $260 all four tires

On Saturday I ran the following in 90 deg weather at 1440 elv.
Reaction Time: 0.266
60 ft: 2.44
330 ft: 6.609
1/8 ET: 10.06
1/8 MPH: 71.41
1000 ET: 12.996
1/4 ET: 15.474
1/4 MPH: 89.63

Is this normal? What should i be running? What should I do to be around 13? Any Ideas. Thanks Everyone.

sounds about right ... maybe a little high but you are only running 8 psi .... I saw a guy run the same setup on a 95 eclipse gst at 17 psi and hit high 13 low 14 ....

Hope you werent trying to tell him to p the boost without having the bottom end build..
