Can I pull a flat 14?

hey guys, i have a 92 awd talon
mods include, mbc at 15psi, 2.5 cat back exhaust, with a newer cat. K&n air filter, and about 100 pounds weight reduction.
I want to know if a flat 14 can be acheived?

clutch slipping pressure plate needs to be replaced, and my 2nd gear synchros are starting to go. It'll be back up and running in hopefully a few weeks.
