Me . A year and a half ago (though, I'm sure it was based on other things. Not just the fact I'm using it ).

Keep in mind (and Rob would second this) we are all chasing after Hahn (10.87 lowest verifyable). Rob's sitting at 11.5 and I'm sitting at 11.4 (albeit both set-ups only came out last year. Both of us need to get past seat time and set-up problems).
There are still a couple in front of us; I know Crab is right around 11.2ish and AWDDynomite is in for an 11 flat. And just last month Cesar broke into the tens (10.99. Hey, a 10 is a 10 Hasn't backed it up or anything, but he's there anyway). So there are a few out there.
But on the bright side, we FINALLY have a few out there

Nice
Try to keep the ice box up front. More weight over the front wheels

Well to answer your question no you dont need an adapter plate it bolts right up to the 420a motor. you just have to make a new tranny mount. oh and get srt axels of course and maybe spindles depending on what you already have
I would like to know more about this so called dogbox that you say you got a real good deal on.!

Good luck with that. Liquid to Air IC's use a different style core. You can weld on some tanks to the front and back of it to run water through where the air would normally hit the front of your core BUT, The Water Passages on a true Liquid to Air are smaller than that of the air passages. If you use a Air to Air core, you will lose efficiency. Here's a good link for a real one: Air to Water Intercooler
The website looks like something from the early 90's but their products are quality. They kind of explain why the Liquid to Air differs from the Air to Air but don't go into the science of it. You would think that the more water you can shove through the IC the better, right? Nope, because it's the water's heat absorbing qualities that you want, if you keep shoving the water passed the fins too fast, it won't have the time to evaporate to cool everything down. That's basically how it works. The cold water hits the hot fins and evaporates, dissipating the heat back to the Ice Box.
An Air to Air core will work but it won't be as efficient, as it won't be able to bring temp below ambient, which is why you want the Liquid to Air in the first place, right? Better than 100% efficiency? As much as I would like to discourage you from beating me with my own setup, that fact is obviously inevitable. So, I'll try to help instead. Here's to you beating Hahn's record this year. You've got the car to do it.

I can tell you its not a Rage dog box lol other than that its a secret
I figured it y=would work with an adapter plate.......But will see i might just stick with the NVt350 for right now....it has not given me any problems so far..I HOPE..
Well see on a new core im budgeting my self right now ...so i might be stuck with what i got..

Mezierre's a good pump (albeit a bit on the expensive side) that'll do the trick. I used one for a little while on my set-up.

Why are you moving up to such a large turbo, you havn't even came close to the potential of the 40R you got now. What fuel are you using?

This sucks. I reccomended him for the featured member, he gets it, and he hasn't even been online since March. He must be deployed or something. He hasn't even been on his Myspace since March....this better not turn into a "Defiant, where are you?" thread. Either way.... When he gets back from his hiatus, he better put some mad seat time down with plenty of video. We all have our expectations now.
On another note...I thought it was funny that no one's cared about this since March...Your welcome Rob.
