Was an amazing Friday for the Turd. Went to the track to just have some fun and never planed to set any records. I did have a running bet with TJ that I would beat his 9sec CRX due to the fact that he probably could no hook up on the fresh cold track. I had totally planed on him beating the Turd so I could pay for his night of racing. Friday the 13th must be good luck since I ran my 9.6 to TJ's best of a 10.2@148. Was only $20 on the line.

We also had a PRE dyno day and the Turd took the highest HP AWD and Boosted class. Put down 667whp on a Dyno Dynamics.

Was not able to get a copy of the 9.6 slip due to the car and I not being leagle to run the times. PIR really likes to bust my balls. :)

Was amazing that I got to back the pass up since the 1/8mi was not working right on my 9.8pass. I was letting off jus into 4th since I could not go over 135mph. The 9sec pass were a total surprise to me.

Not sure on weight at the moment. Was close to 3k with me in it last year. Might be around 2900lbs now.

Has K&W coil overs all the way around. Has about a 1.5in drop in the front and .75 in the rear.

Wow! Very Impressive et and trap on a 3065. I might need to take a road trip and watch this car run. It would be a perfect time to drop off my auto trans with you guys. When will you be racing again?

Great times, but I must ask about the 9.8 run, 1.17 60' ?

LOL what a 60 foot LOL... too bad i cant see it right now but that bi*** got out LOL...

That is why I got to run again is because the 1/8 mi was all jacked up on that 9.8 pass. I feel the 1/4mi was right though. I feel the launch was a bit better on my 9.8 pass but I chopped the gas just after the 1/8. I felt like I was in the twilight zone when they said I could go again.

My 9.6 pass had the right 1/8 though

Last week I was only on 27psi and E98. Dont have enough fuel for more then 27psi on E98 This week I was on 31psi with E80 (vp import being my 20% blend )

I also stopped pre launching to help save on case and trided just cutting the car back and forth letting the Ctr diff binding action scratch on the tires to clean them off. I also dropped the pressure from 13.5psi to 11psi. I also worked my way into the groove much better. I feel there in no way I could launch the car any smoother or harder then I was Friday night.

I was NLTS the crap out of the car. If you listen to my shifts they are quite fast but it just looks slow when you watch the shifter. I have the DSM link NLTS set at 7500rpm and shift the car in the 9200rpm range.

Not sure when I will be running this car again since I got the boot. I have our drag Evo to focus on now. I have kinda met my goal with the combo. I do feel there is a little more init at 34psi.

Thanks for the info!!!

You will have to come back over to Spokane and race at our new improved track!!!

This will set the bar for the fastest import in Spokane:cool:

Nice runs Lucas! Thing looks like a blast to drive!:hellyeah: But I wouldn't call it a record just yet as Curt Brown went 9.4 @146mph with a best MPH of 148 on the 3065 with his red GSX years ago. Or are you saying it's a record for the car?

For some reason I thought it was a 9.69. Well looks like I have a little more driving to do :)

Sorry lucas, wasn't meaning to call you out by anymeans, just didn't know if you knew what curt ran with that turbo years ago.
Either way record or not, that car is hauling the mail!!! I knew that 3065 could get the job done, wish I would have stuck with it a bit longer when I ran it. Such a fun turbo!
Kudos to you man on a job well done! Just take a tad more weight out of the car and you will be there!!:thumb:

I was only at 31psi and the car did pick up about 30hp on the dyno going to 34psi Saturday. So I am hopping with some extra hp and about 100lbs out we can get the car close to Curt's times.

man i've been waiting to see this kinda setup for so long run theses numbers. i really like how your still using the MAFT Translator and DSM Link, is this pushing the limits of this tuning combo? by the way congrats on the times again:thumb:
