Another 9 second dsm 9.8 at 157

Hi all! This is Bill from Showdown Motorsports. Just finished a customer's car from Alabama. Took it to the track to do some tuning and make sure it went straight. To our amazement, 3rd pass down the track, the car went 9.8 at an amazing 157mph. The 60ft. was a 1.8 and I short shifed into 2nd, did not want to launch the car, since its not mine. This was also done with our new street stripped intake, that is why I was amazed at the mph. This car should go in the bottom 9's or high 8's, on a good pass. We will attach a video. If you have any questions, let us know.
Good luck Jerry with your new ride. Bill Showdown Motorsports

We built this car from the ground up. Thanks to Steve'O, BIll and Renee. It only took 3 full passes to break into the 9's.

Awesome job Bill.

That car has a LOT more in it too. With that trap, and you can tell how easy you're taking it down the track.

CBR coils, we have been running them for years. Never had a problem with a misfire. A few weeks ago, I went 1.21 on a mis-shift, and hit 15k, and it never misfired once.
