I owm a 90 talon TSI AWD at what RPM should i be launching this thing at considering from my last car there is little to no wheel hop or spin???

Im not saying this to flame you or anything. Search for this answer because they are some very good post about how to launch your awd. BTW i have 90 TSi AWD to man good buy hope you got what you wanted later.

rev to 4500 and slip the clutch. If you smell the clutch after let it out a little quicker

I have launched mine at 6500 before. It was a stock clutch, and i sliped it. Damn good launches, but the clutch didnt last. LOL i wonder why.

but with bad tires and a stock clutch i pulled 1.8 60 fts. i think it would of been better but the tires would just light up. I had crush bent cat back exhaust. stock cat, stock DP. inline fuel pump, some 93 oct pump gas,and 18 psi. The car had a problem with the knock sensor big time. but seemed to not be to bad when racing. but under normal driving you could feel the timming get pulled right out and it would have no balls. i managed to do 13.7 at 100. i thought it was pretty good. The biggest thing in 1/4 mile with these cars is the launch.

I normally rev to about 5500 and was getting some decent times 14.033,
however i was just dumping - you'll want to slip it and youd could hit some good times - depending on your mods - i had 17psi, 3"turbo back, and intake.
good luck
