Just a quick question on how much the temperature outside will affect my times....I was at the track last weekend and was pretty low on trap speed. But the temp was 118degrees out...Were the last time i was there it was 65degrees... How much does it affect trap speeds...???? Evo 3 turbo at 19-20 psi and was trapping 108-109 in the heat...Is that alrite being that it was so hot or not??? Anyone have experience with extreme temp differences??? I also cut my best 60ft from the hot track at 1.68 but missed second on that pass.... .....thanx guys

118 degree's in Canada eh? Are you sure you did the math right? I don't think it has ever been that hot in Canada. But if this is the case then yes, a temp jump of 58 degrees will make a world of difference. I trapped 104 on 19 lbs with a big16g in 80-85 degree weather.

Yah, i live here in the desert and it gets that hot all the time....It was 47.7 degrees celcius...very hot...they were actually talkin about shuttin teh track down it was so hot..Cant wait till september when it is cooler again and see what it traps then...
