91 laser turbo times

Hey everyone. I thought I would see what you all thought about what my car would run. I have a 91 laser rs with exhuast wit no cat, 5-speed, vacum lines plugged off and the line coming off the vavle cover removed wit the filter. I was wondering what times to expect out of this car and what would be the best tires to hook up wit at the track. The tires that are on it dont hook wit a crap. Thanks
