Well I went back to the track with my Victory Performance fmic on. I have some major tuning issues. Also the gasket between my turbo and mani was leaking. I'll quit rambling now here they are.

60" - 2.272
1/8 - 9.007 @ 83.21 mph
1/4 -13.619 @ 102.59 mph

This was at 18psi and the car was running rich all night ( except for the first pass it ran lean and scared me). I also think I may have boost leak. The car ran ok but my mph is way off. My best mph all night was 104. The car was craping out at the end. This was on street tires also. it's not what I was expecting but it's still my best so I'm not to dissapointed. Traction is becoming a real problem now. I will be back later on with some good tuning and some slicks so it's not over yet.

Good job, would like to see how u do when its tuned and get your leaks fixed. my goal is low-mid 13s. got a T28, just need a FMIC an all the good stuff.

oh, and update your 1/4 mile time in your modlist

I was using Sonoco 110 but yea my mph is way off. I ran 13.9 @ 102mph with the same 60". Believe me though the car has alot more in it I just don't have the time to get it there right now. It was running better 2 days before I went to track but oh well. I raced a 13 flat z28 two days before and I walked him big time after I stopped burning 2nd. At the track I ran a 5.0 that ran low 13s and he smoked me off the line and all I could do was hang with him to the end. I should have made some of that ground back but the car just wasn't pulling like it normally does.

Big28 definately is a nice turbo. I agree that you should see abit more MPH than what you posted, esp on race gas. My best in the 1/8th on 17lbs of boost and pump gas on the Big28 was 9.2@80 w/ 2.22 60ft. I never ran it at the track before i upgraded to the Green. Your running rich my explain the low MPH. Tuning is everything. How much timing were you getting?

I haven't logged it since I put the fmic on but I will. I have been way to busy to do anything to my car.

I guess I should restate what I said .. I never ran it at the 1/4 mi track hehe, but I know what you mean about not having anytime to work on the car... thats why mines running pig rich right now as well.

Nice times! I say crank that boost on up to 21 to 22 psi. That's what I run on my ported Big28 with Sunoco 110, and it's a horse. I actually run that amount of boost on 93 pump gas as well. I'm also still running the stock smic. FMIC is coming next month.
