Raced a turbo gnx in my fwd

My friend and i were driving around last night on this road going back towards my house when i see a grand national (or what looks like one) out of the corner of my eye. well he apparently saw me too and ripped out of the lot he was in and up next to us. I didnt have any room to get on it but good lord you could hear the turbo screaming through the exhaust it was definatly loud. He was also running some race gas cause jeff and i both noticed the smell. I followed him out to this country road by my friends house in which case i got next to him rolling about 25mph .. we both nailed it (i was in 2nd) and off we went. By the time i was going into 4th he was about a car ahead of me. I gave him a thumbs up and he gave it back. We got up to the next stop sign and he hung out the window and said "sweet car dude .. nice run" i said thanks and told him his car was also nice. I asked if he had a grand national motor in it and he said yeah. He also said he went 12.2 in it so losing by a car length didnt bother me anymore. I gave him props one more time on the car and we went our separate ways. His plate said "PSI 6".

I was proud of the little clipse though .. i was running 16lbs of boost on 93 octane and he was running god knows what under the engine on around 110 or 112 octane and said he went 12.2 at the track. Not to mention its fwd

Just thought id share .. not a kill .. but its one of those cars you cant pass up a run with!!
