Finally all the hard work has paid off! My brother and I have been working work most of the winter and spring getting it done. The new setup replaces my starion fmic with a Hybrid bar and plate intercooler with 3" inlet and outlet. Plus a custom one piece 3" o2 down pipe/race pipe made by RedRkt.
I bought a new FP dry bearing 18g to replace my old 18g that was on it's last legs. We installed it in a TDO6 cover with 3"in inlet, fully ported 7cm turbine housing with 34mm flapper.
Boost was set at 25psi,cam2 race gas. I ran an 11.54 @ 122.9 and then a 11.37 @ 122.53 which also sets a new record for the 18g. Mods in profile. Here's the time slips.

11.370

11.54

Soon after the 11.37 pass I got warning from the tech guy and was told I couldn't run no faster than a 11.49 without having proper safety equipment. I was very impressed with the car and feel there's still alot left in it with tuning and driving. I have in car vids that will be hosted soon.
Thanks again Red for all the late nighters! Your da' man. :rocks:

Great runs and awesome times.

Shows you don't need a built motor to run low times.

Unless your profile isn't updated.

Great job for the 18g! I loved mine.
I had a 18g here in Colorado. I ran a 12.6. So in lower elevation, it might have been a 11.xx run as well. This was on a stock long block and a few bolt ons to help. My old list is here if you want to compare. http://co.dsm.org/lc/mugs/carpages/ErikWestlunCP.html
Only thing I'd ad to that old list that helped was a Apex-i AFC, race gas and 22lbs of boost.
Now I have a totally different setup.
