New personal best ET set today at Lebannon Valley Dragway

Well after having run the car over a month ago I got the itch to return to the track. On the ride up clouds seemed to be moving in and thought the test and tune may get rained out but lucky enough it did not.

I went to Lebannon Valley's Test and Tune and got there about 9:45 all teched in and poured in the race gas and upted the boost.

First Run:

Screwed up my launch and got a 2.1 60ft and a 12.4 shake down. Not all that bad for my first run.

Second Run:

Launch her like a bat out of hell and bam 1.6 60ft and a new personal best of 11.5@118. I was warned that I needed a fire suit and padding on my cage. He told me to slow it down.

Third Run and what would be my final run:

On the third run I figured Id give it all I got and get booted in style. Felt like a really nice launch but killed in my messed up 3/4 shift and ended up with an 11.6@120 my new highest mph.

I was definitely super happy with the results from today. 11.5 is my new personal best but I hope to better that a little bit before the season is out.

Thanks to my buddy Doug who really helped with doing my plugs and general stuff as well as taping.

What psi (tires and boost) were you running if you don't mind me asking. Is your car full weight or do you have some weight reduction? I should also congratulate you on your new personal best, those times are something to be proud of.

Edit- I just noticed it says 23psi next to the time in your sig so I assume thats what your boost was set at, correct me if I am wrong.

Im running Nitto Drag Radials 555's and to be honest I didnt even play with the air pressure. Yes I was running 23 psi. I can prob get out 26 if I wanted too.. Next time.

And Coupe yeah I got the boot.... hahaha. Its for some odd reason a good feeling when you get kicked out for going to fast.

Hello! Yes I have the upgraded 92-94 4 bolt rear and I have a 4spur diff. (4 spider rather then the stock two) and I have a welded viscious.
