I'm going to the track tonight for the first time in over a years worth of upgrades, won't disclose costs right now till I get results back. Anyone willing to predict what I'll run with these mods and assuming I have a near flawless run? Evo 16g @ 20 psi, 93 octane, supersidemount, NGK bpr7-es plugs,10mm wires,1g blow off, GMMAFT in blow thru vented, DSMLink, 660's,255 lhp fuel pump, afpr @ 43 psi, 2100 act clutch, turbo xs hp boost controller, arp head studs, upgraded valve springs, Innovate wideband O2 meter, G-tech pro. Before these mods I did a 14.9 with just a open air filter, 15 psi of boost and tranny failed before crossing the line. I'll be pleased to break a 12.9. Any slower then I'll jump out the window.

Well, since you put it so drastically, I hope you run 12.9 :thumb:

But seriously, best of luck to you. I also going to the track next weekend for the first time in a while with a whole new setup, and plan for similar times.
 
A "flawless" run with those mods and running 20 psi should definatley get you in the 12's. Are you experiencing any knock running 20 psi on 93 octane? Just curious. Run it and get back to us! :thumb:
 
I ran 12.60 with your mod plus the FMIC so I say 12.90's should be reasonable. :thumb:

I ran 22 psi on 93 octane
 
just got back from the track . made it in time to make two trial passes. The first one didn't go too well because the 1-2 shift didn't happen for me so I ran a sixteen.seven. ( I wrote it out so you wouldn't go straight to the numbers ha ha) just playin. Anyway the second run ,oh by the way I put in 4 gallons of c12, I added a little timing and took some fuel out. Reaction time sucked .9?? but on both runs I murdered the mustangs against me must have been v6's or something, I had a better 1-2 but I had a studdered shift due to the no-lift-to-shift which I need practice with and ran a fourteen point seven with some knock kicking in during 4th gear. With more practice and tuning I should be able to hit the 12.9 maybe so I won't jump since my driving wasn't flawless :). The one thing I am glad about is that I didn't have to get towed home which is always a good thing.
 
How where your 60' times? You seem pretty pleased for someone who wanted to jump out of a window if you ran slower than 12.9...
 
At what MPH...curious as I would hope its a fairly high MPH if your shifting into 4th on a 14.7 run. Good Luck with the tune. How much timing were you getting and what was your a/f at? I'm sure you'll get it running good before long :)

When I had my 1g bov, anthing about 18psi was pointless. I wanted 20psi, and it would spike up there, but not hold it. It seemed like 18psi was what the 1g bov could do.

Why did you go with the 2100. AWD's usually go with the 2600. :confused:
 
my stock BOV held 20psi before I had to crush it. 3rd gear goes about 95-98mph at 7000rpm in my car.
 
My 60' was 2.041, on the real I have no idea what is good or bad for a 60' but I do know reaction time sucked. If my 60' was bad it's because my foot rested on the clutch pedal whitch activated no-lift-to-shift on DSMLink and caused me to bog down for at least a second and I had to recover from that so I feel after some practice I'll get better results. Those are some impatient people working at the track these days.
 
2. anything is crap in an AWD car. WIth your mods, and that nice slippy clutch, you need to cut 1.7's all day. I wont mention 1.6's, your a long way fom rippign those. Go out on the street and pactice launching.
