Hey everyone. I decided to take my car to the track. Unfortunately the closest track is only an 1/8th mile so I figured it would have to do. It took me a few runs to get used to the whole setup and everything, but even after I figured out how to get better times I couldn't break a 2.1 for the 60 foot. I weighed my car before I got there and it's 3200 without driver, 3340 with. The suspension is totally stock and feels pretty loose so I was thinking that might affect it. But I was dropping it at like 5000 and it would spin for about half a second and then just pick up and pull, it felt like it pulled pretty hard but the times didn't show for it. I managed to pull a 9.314 for my best time at like 17psi, completely stock other than the mbc and intake pipe. My trap speed was around 73 with one over 74. I was wondering how I can get those 60 foot times down and what that would equate to in the quarter.

Don't feel bad. I am stock except for Clutch and Intake. Clutch is dieing I keep pulling a 2.0 or 2.1. But now its all 2,0's with 14.5's LOL 4 TIMES! All my runs were 14.5 at 94-95 and my 4th gear died and still ran a 14.5 at 84  woulda been a low 14. I have the time slip on this forum board somewhere
