a buddy of mine just purchased a spankin new STI and naturally came to me for a little race action. its was just me and some boys chillin so jokingly I said if you can beat Scott (97' chevy ext cab 5.7 vortec) then you can have at me. He toook the challenge for fun. and as I sit at the end of my hometown strip I listen. I hear a roar of a straight piped V-8 and a huge lull from the STI's attempted launch (probably around a 1500 dump) then the scream of a boxer engine. a pull then scream, a pull then a scream, a pull then a scream. the STI missed not only 1st nor 2nd nor third but also 4th. the bone stock with the exception of pipes won by a hair. afterwards the STI was so embarassed which he should be. but I told him I'd give him a go when he learned how to drive.

If he does learn how to drive i would be scared to race him(at least if cash was involved). STI are fast, hehe.

God dammit your right. It kills me but your right. as soon as he learns how to drive and the weather ripens I will have a few more little tidbits added to my puzzle codenamed "MILLA" and then I will introduce him to a little something called the liscense plate. Bamm!

Don't be scared. This might sound cocky, but if he remains bone stock you have nothing to worry about. If he mods it then it all depends on the mods and drivers. I already raced one. Look for "94 GSX vs. Brand new STi" it was a sad day for him.
