97 TSI AWD VS. M Roadster

A friend of mine is trying to set me up with this race with an M Roadster. The kid is a real cocky rich boy who got the car for free. The car has the 3.2 Inline 6, 240hp, with a supercharger running 7psi. Now of course the kid estimates he has 400+hp but from what I heard he can't drive at all. My car is still T25 equipped and I figure I should have my ass handed to me unless I out-drive him. What do you think he should run in the 1/4? I figure I should be able to get into the 13's with my mods. (check profile)

P.S. The 14.6 I ran was before the full exhaust, IC pipes, and MAFT. It was also the day after I got my license so my driving should be much improved.

if its from a dead stop i think you can take him in a street race but if its at the track i think he will catch you

pick up a 16g for 3 or 4 hundred and some used 550's and race him.

sorry, I think you'd get owned. I am pretty sure he's pumping over 300HP with that roadster. I have seen a roadster smoke a 00 TA. I think it only had exhaust, but smoked the TA. not too bad though

M Roadster's are very light and fast. I think they run low 13s bone stock so with a supercharger AWD or not , once he grabs traction he is going to fly right by you.
