1g ECU with link in 2g car?

No it will not. One is OBDI and one is OBDII. You need a 2g (95 eporm) ecu to utilize dsmlink within a 2g. IE. My car is a 97 gsx with a 95 eprom ecu in it.
 
It will if you feel like changing out the whole wiring harness, along with some other items.

Much easier and cheaper to find an '95 ECU for your car.


Oh, and please use an actual title next time. "????" doesn't tell me anything about what I might find inside. I'll change it to something more helpful.
