[RESOLVED] 6 speed?

I had some one tell me that i could get a six speed trans out of a 3000GT vr-4
and it would bolt right up to my six bolt engine. is this true and are the gear ratio close enough to the stalk trans to effect performance?

No it will not work.

No, it is a completely different transmission. The only transmissions that would work are the JDM Non-turbo AWD transmission which has the standard 6G72 bellhousing and the rest of the guts inside are the same as a 1G AWD DSM. The USDM Non-turbo FWD 6G72 shares the same transmission guts as a 1G FWD DSM, with a standard 6G72 bellhousing attached.
